Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 20, 2026

1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final

The Mexican Heritage Center and Gallery maintains a strict "All Sales Are Final" policy. This applies to all transactions conducted in person or online, including but not limited to:

• Event tickets and registration fees.

• Workshop and class tuitions.

• Gallery artwork and merchandise purchases.

• Membership dues and charitable donations.

2. Event & Workshop Tickets

Because our events and workshops have limited capacity and require advanced planning and material costs:

• No-Shows: Refunds or credits will not be issued for "no-shows" or for those who are unable to attend due to personal schedule changes, travel delays, or illness.

• Non-Transferable to Future Events: Tickets purchased for a specific date or event cannot be transferred to a future event or different workshop.

• Ticket Transfers to Others: You may gift or sell your ticket to another individual for the same event date and time. Please notify the Center of the name change at least 24 hours prior to the event to ensure a smooth check-in.

3. Gallery Artwork & Merchandise

• Artwork: Due to the unique and often fragile nature of original art, all sales of artwork are final once the item has been paid for or removed from the premises.

• Merchandise: Physical goods sold in our gift shop are sold "as-is." Please inspect all items carefully before purchase.

4. Donations and Memberships

• Donations: As a non-profit organization, donations are processed immediately to support our cultural programming. These are non-refundable.

• Memberships: Membership fees provide immediate access to benefits and are non-refundable, regardless of the frequency of use.

5. Cancellations by the Center

In the rare event that the Mexican Heritage Center and Gallery must cancel an event or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, instructor emergency, or facility issues):

• Registered participants will be notified as soon as possible via the email address provided at checkout.

• In these specific cases, the Center may, at its sole discretion, offer a full refund or a credit toward a future event of equal value.
